![]() With experience that spans both the technical and the artistic, we understand your needs as performing artists. Our staff's background comprises live radio production and hosting, television master control and event support, record/tape/CD libraries and cataloging, record sales, on-stage performing, and countless hours of critical listening to a variety of recordings (past and present) and live performances in different acoustic environments. We know what live music sounds like in reality and through our recordings we do our best to preserve and transparently convey the original natural balance and acoustic. Rate Structure
For live performances, measured duration excludes breaks or intermission. For non-live (e.g. studio) recordings, measured duration includes all takes. Above video rates are for a single-camera setup.
*Alternate file formats available upon request. WAV and MP3 are used here as examples to represent lossless and lossy audio file formats, respectively. Audio recordings will be divided into tracks for each song, work, or movement. Files will include appropriate metadata. (We can produce MP3s at any quality level but typically choose 192 kbps VBR, with 128 kbps minimum recommended for stereo music. Mono recordings require half the bit rate for the same quality level.)
Basic video editing is included unless you specify otherwise. Basic video editing involves: fade in, fade out, cutting out breaks/intermission (if applicable), basic superimposed opening titles, captions identifying songs, pieces, movements, acts, parts, etc. Your finished audio and video files will be delivered via Google Drive download through a private link. Alternatively, we can copy to a USB flash drive, memory card, or other storage media/device that you provide. Upon request, we offer guidance and assistance with the online publishing or posting of your audio or video (or a portion thereof) to YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, or other platforms at no additional cost. DIGITIZATION/TRANSFER RATES

The rate for digitizing a 12-inch single is the same as for a 7-inch record. d"45" in this table is shorthand for any 7-inch record (singles and EPs) or 12-inch single. eWe don't recommend transferring only one 45 or one 78 to a CD, as a CD is designed to hold a full album-length recording. We would instead recommend digitizing a bunch of 45s or 78s to put together on one CD (as your custom compilation/collection). fA CD-to-CD transfer is known as a "duplication." A CD-to-WAV or CD-to-MP3 transfer is known as a "rip." We will only duplicate a CD if you are the copyright holder or if it is not protected by copyright.
